• Account: your email address (used to sign you in with a one-time code) and, optionally, your name.
• Payments: subscription and purchase records. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment processor (Razorpay) — we never see or store them.
• Usage: which courses you access and your listening progress, so we can resume playback and improve the service.
• Technical: your approximate country (from your IP, for pricing and tax) and error diagnostics if something breaks.

To provide and secure your account, deliver the courses you’re entitled to, process payments, send you essential emails (sign-in codes, receipts, service notices), and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data.

Only the service providers we need to run Thiruvarul, each handling data on our behalf:

• Payment processing — to take and manage payments securely.
• Email delivery — to send sign-in codes, receipts, and service notices.
• Cloud hosting & storage — to run the service and store course audio and account data.
• Error monitoring & analytics — to keep the service reliable.

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@thiruvarul.in. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
